Contentment in the Middle of Loss
After losing everything, my home, family, job, and identity, I cried out to God from my car. This post is about God showing me contentment doesn’t come from comfort; Rather it comes from trusting God’s presence, even in our emptiest moments.
Healing Emotional Wounds for Spiritual Growth
Emotional wounds can quietly shape our responses to God, our loved ones, and even ourselves. In this honest reflection, I share how unhealed pain and spiritual distractions began affecting my marriage, my faith, and my ability to hear from God. When I finally paused long enough to pray, God gently revealed what was buried beneath the surface. If you’re feeling spiritually drained, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from God, this post explores how healing begins by letting Him in and what it means to grow spiritually through the experience of brokenness.
True Peace
For years, I had searched for peace, but I found only striving, doubt, and inner unrest. I quoted Scriptures, performed well, and tried to look composed, but deep down, I was breaking. It wasn’t until I surrendered and began to truly abide in Christ that I discovered the peace I had longed for. Through Gideon’s story, I learned that peace doesn’t come through control or performance; it comes through obedience and trust.
